Cancellation Policy

Life happens, but communication is one of our greatest tools. To cancel or reschedule please do so as soon as you are aware of changes to your schedule. Use the website, or contact Sophie directly to make these changes. Because of the preparation needed for every appointment, a $20 fee will be required for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
