The Hopeful to Healthy Philosophy
How can hope produce a better outcome in my health journey?
Hope is what brings a better future into fruition. In the review of over 80 studies, "Optimism and Physical Health: A Meta-analytic Review" by Dr. Heather N. Rasmussen concludes that "Optimism is a significant predictor of positive physical health outcomes." Since Hopeful to Healthy does not solely focus on quantitative progress such as your weight on the scale, or the inches on your waist, your progress shines in every aspect of your health. Understanding that health runs deep into all aspects of your life shifts the focus of methodologies used to improve all these aspects as well. So, by investing your hope and dedication in yourself, Hopeful to Healthy will guide you in improving your health in all areas.

About Me
Hi. My name is Sophia Tucker.
I am a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who grew up in Montrose, CO. I am attending school online through Kansas State University to obtain my Bachelor's in Nutrition. I strive to become a registered dietician so I can help a broader group of people manage their diets and create the lifestyle they've always hoped for. For fun, I like to weightlift, crochet, and hangout with my 2 beautiful nieces.

I have been weightlifting since 2017, and I placed 3rd in the Miami 2022 World's Best in Fashion and Fitness competition. I have tried and heard of many different diets and have refined my knowledge through studies, schooling, certifications, previous clientele and personal experience. I am excited to share a variety of solutions to help you reach your health goals.
